Job Title: Property Manager
Report to: General Manager-Shen Zhen
Main Responsibilities:
- To manage the sub-contractors, providing security, technical service and cleaning, landscaping to GLP Park
- To follow up on rental collection/bill payments;
- To maintain professional relationship with tenant's operations manager and respond to site, issues timely.
Requirements
- Diploma degree with a major in related field such as technical engineering;
- Minimum 8 years property management of industrial real estate;
- Enthusiastic attitude and good integrity;
- Familiar with using email system & basic computer "Office" software;
- Communication skills required as a park management person;
- Fluent speaking and written English.

Target Compensation:
The starting compensation will depend upon, among others, the individual’s experience, qualification and current earnings.
