Job Title: Account Manager
Report to: General Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and marketing promotion for Shen Yang Area (Attract Tenants, Market Research, Identify Potential Tenants, Identify Client Requirements)
- Make market study and review, formulate business forecast, plans and strategy according to the business expansion;
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customer accounts and broker;
- Interface and liaise with both internal departments and local authorities if necessary;
- Supply Client Support;
- Other tasks as assigned by the company.;
Requirements:
- University Degree with a major in related field;
- Minimum 5 years logistic sales & marketing or industrial or commercial real estate experiences, international real estate consulting agency experience (managerial or high experience preferred);
- Possesses good industrial and logistics client contact & relationship;
- A proactive individual with sound presentation and negotiation skill;
- Open-minded, dedicated& self-motivated;
- Good English skills for work;
- Upright and reliable person.

Target Compensation:
The starting compensation will depend upon, among others, the individual’s experience, qualification and current earnings. |
