岗位要求：
至少有3年在制药公司从事临床，熟悉各种网络工具的应用，精通医药研发行业的商务拓展的全部流程，精通药品申报注册、医疗器械注册、保健品注册的一般要求。医疗或卫生学本科以上学历。
工作地点：上海。
Primary Responsibilities：
To take charge of the daily training, organizing and management of Business Development Dept. prescribed comprehensively.
To be responsibility for the business development at home or abroad. To behalf of the company to explain and extend the service and products of the company to the clients.
To seek new clients and new business patterns with GM and other top management.
To manage and keep the development of BD Dept. To accomplish team yearly target.
To assist sponsor and keep good communication with supervisor. To examine the site selection, investigator and examination budget of the latency project roughly.
To participate in review the quality control and progress report of all the project.
To scan all the mail about the research of BD dept.
To be the main commissary of ** Company, to send important information of our company and our vocation to the clients in time. To bring up and keep good relationship between site and clients.
To review the quote and other contract file. To send business development report and the feasibility study report of the project to reach to the directors of all the departments every month.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements：
Undergraduate degree or above.
Medical or health disciplines.
To Master the entire process of clinical trials. To be familiar with the clinical research development and current situation at home and abroad. To be familiar with the whole process of pharmaceuticals research and development. To be fully aware of the cooperation of all stages and all departments of the clinical research.
At least 3 years relevant working experience in clinical research project management in pharmaceutical companies or CRO.2 years or above relevant management experience of international clients. At least 1 year negotiations experience of business development contract and experience of the successful contract.
Well versed in the business development flow of pharmaceutical R & D, including internet advertisement or PR. Be rich in clients resources both at home or abroad.
With high sensitive and interest in the development of pharmaceutical R & D and CRO vocation.
With considerable basis of personal connections in the vocation at home and abroad. With business development and customer relationship network.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be good at communication actively and positively.
With good ability of clients interaction and establish good relations with them.
With a sense of service as well as the potential of customer-centric.
Excellent ability of team organization. Excellent ability of problem-solving and contingency plans management.
With the ability to work alone. But having a strong collective consciousness at the same time
With variety skills of exhibition and contract bidding.
Have optimistic positive attitude towards computer technology.
English/Japanese, Can consult relevant literature independently. Can write project progress reports and QC report in English. Can communication and exchange with Sponsor in English fluently.
Highly skilled application of Microsoft Office software, especially in WORD,EXCEL,ACCESS and PPT
Be familiar with the various applications of network tools.
Be familiar with "Drug Administration Law of the People's Republic of China", "New Drug Approval Methods of the People's Republic of China" and GCP.
Be familiar with GCP and ** SOP. To master the training materials and training process.
Be proficient in all process of pharmaceutical R & D. Be proficient in the general requirements for registration of declaration of drugs/medical devices/health products.. |
